Instructions for MSN/Hotmail users

Unfortunately, Hotmail consistently rejects important emails such as receipts, licenses and support emails. This is a widespread problem, reported by most online businesses. If you have not yet ordered from us, we encourage you to use an email address other than hotmail, if you have one available. If not, follow the below instructions.

Add us to your safe list:

  1. On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Make sure the "Mail" tab to the left is selected. If not, click it.
  3. Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
  4. Then, click on "Safe List"
  5. In the blank under "Type an address or domain:" enter mind.transparentcorp.com and click the Add button.
  6. In the blank under "Type an address or domain:" enter transparentcorp.com and click the Add button.

Check your settings:

  1. On the main page where you see your inbox, click on the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Make sure the "Mail" tab to the left is selected. If not, click it.
  3. Click on "Junk E-Mail Protection"
  4. Then, click on "Delete Junk E-Mail"
  5. Be sure "Deliver to Junk E-Mail folder and delete later" is selected.

Hotmail still delays delivery!
