PMS

The symptoms of PMS are surprisingly related to electrical activity and blood circulation in the brain. People with severe PMS tend to have a general lack of activity and healthy blood circulation to the brain, causing irregular mood swings, overly emotional thought patterns, insomnia and headaches.

It has been well documented that increasing electrical activity and stimulating blood flow to the brain can relieve many PMS symptoms and even train the brain to reduce PMS severity in the future!

  • Duncan Anderson and his associates at the Royal Medical School in London completed a study with 17 women who had long standing, severe PMS. At the end of the study a median of 76% reduction was recorded. Twelve of the 17 technically no longer had PMS. In another study thirteen of 17 patients reported a greater than 50% reduction in PMS symptoms.

The Neuro-Programmer includes sessions built specifically to help relieve PMS symptoms and allow you to get on with your life. By using a complex neural process known as Brainwave Entrainment, NP2 stimulates activity across the entire spectrum of brainwaves, restoring a healthy level of cerebral blood flow and relieving many common PMS symptoms (when neural activity increases, blood flows to compensate automatically. Blood flow is often used an indirect measure of brain activity).

Additionally, general relaxation and stress relief can have a dramatic, positive effect on people suffering from severe PMS. NP2 includes over 60 relaxation and stress relief sessions, in addition to headache relief,
