You may have heard of White Noise machines, commonly used by insomniacs to help achieve a healthier, deeper level of sleep. Noise, defined as "Acoustical or electrical noise of which the intensity is the same at all frequencies within a given band", has been used for decades to mimic the soothing effects of rain, waterfalls and the ocean - helping people achieve sleep, stress relief and more. There is no doubt that sound is a great way to stimulate the brain, and using Noise is one of the best ways to do it.

But what if the capabilities of Noise could be extended to help people focus, exercise, meditate, relieve headaches and more?

We have taken the principles of sound based therapy and made Neural Noise Synthesizer (NNS) software for the PC. This application generates specially engineered Noise which affects the brain in unique ways through a process known as brainwave entrainment (or BWE), using the Noise itself as the carrier wave. By directly stimulating the brain, NNS is able to guide your brain to a variety of mental states, such as concentration, relaxation, trance and more.

Even if you just want to use or customize White Noise for sleep, meditation or relaxation, NNS does that too, but does it a thousand times better. Using this software you can bring yourself into a much deeper sleep or even to a more precise, lucid dreaming state.

NNS is very simple to use. After installing the software, all you have to do is pick a brainwave-noise transform file and click play! If you want to edit or create your own brainwave-transforms, a full featured, multi-track editor makes editing even the smallest parameters quick and easy.

In addition to generating noise, the Neural Noise Synthesizer can also generate binaural / monaural beats and integrate these tones right into the noise!
