The device is very easy to use. The hardware itself is about the size of an iPod, and the USB cord plugs directly into the computer. Three sensors fasten securely and comfortably to the fingers. The middle sensor measures heart rate, while the other two are used to determine skin conductance.

While using NP3 it will record your physiological response from the IOM system and optimize the stimulation based on your profile. In other words, it will create a session uniquely tailored to you, and optimized to be significantly more effective.
