Supporting the official AudioStrobe standard, the AudioStrobe Decoder (now called the Light & Sound Synergizer) is a portable piece of hardware that plugs into any headphone or speaker port and decodes AudioStrobe signals to drive LED glasses.If you want to use LED glasses with our software, you will need this device. Our software communicates with the decoder to synchronize the pulses of light with the audio. The resulting effect is nothing short of amazing. This can be particularly useful for cognitive enhancement, and photic stimulation by itself tends to increase blood flow in the brain
Both green and red LEDs are included in the glasses, and you can use them both to cover more of the light spectrum (great for visualization). The is a high quality unit and is designed for precision and effectiveness.
There are many decoders on the market, most of them built into Mind Machines. However, we recommend the Light & Sound Synergizer because it has features in place to filter out signals emitted from computer sound cards. This is vital to achieve an accurate reading when using AudioStrobe from a computer.

What is AudioStrobe?
AudioStrobe is a way to control LED glasses using CDs, MP3 players or computers, and is also the primary method that our software uses to integrate with LED glasses and mind machines.
How does the LSS work?
The Light & Sound Synergizer plugs into any sound port. For example, it could plug into the headphone port of a laptop or MP3 player, or it could plug into the audio port of a desktop computer. If it detects AudioStrobe in the sound, it will flash the LED glasses accordingly.
Can I still hear the audio?
Yes. The LSS device has an audio out port where you can plug in headphones or a speaker, and it will route the sound through.
