Approved credit card orders before 1 PM EST M-F and before 10 AM on Saturday are shipped same day, all other orders will be shipped the following business day. Check, e-Check and money order purchases are shipped upon receipt and clearing of payment.
The time of delivery will depend on the shipping option you choose during purchase. Using the default shipping options you should get your package within 7 business days or less. It can take longer to ship to certain countries.

As of May 14, 2007, shipping rates for United States Postal Service (USPS) have gone up, especially for international shipping. If you are outside of the U.S., and you are purchasing software from us, you may want to consider download delivery. You can specify download or mail delivery on the first page of our shopping cart.

If you are purchasing a software product, you can choose either download or mail delivery, on the first page of the Shopping Cart (here). If you choose mail delivery, we will send you download link in your email receipt anyway, for your convenience and to allow you to get started right away if you choose.

Note that download delivery is not available for Audio CD products such as Beyond Being, or for soundtrack collections such as Thought Sounds. Download delivery is only available for software.
