The long-awaited update to NP2 is here!

Thanks to NP2 community involvement Transparent Corporation has created an update to reflect the needs and concerns of its users.

This update contains many of the features requested by NP2 users, such as:

- Length and scaling customization features
- Undo, Copy/Paste, Selections, Scaling and other useful features in the session editor
- Amplification features added to the Microphone Recorder
- Ability to adjust of intensity and volume levels on the Customization screen
- New Session End Options: Hibernate, Stand-By, Play a sound, Play a session, Execute a File
- Screen Flashing improved (now requires DirectX 9)
- AudioStrobe configuration features
- Improved Sound Quality & BWE Effectiveness!
- Performance Improvements

NOTE: to those who are updating from a previous version, you may have to adjust your volume levels a bit. This update implements a volume balancing scheme to avoid overclipping, drowned out recordings and other sound quality issues. We recommend setting the session volume to 100% and the recording volume to 20-35%. We've also included a helpful "System Volume" button on the Play screen if you want to quickly access your Windows volume control, which allows you to raise the maximum volume for the system.
