Freeze-Framer 2.0 and MindWorkstation

Hi, anyone out there have sucess using freeze-framer 2.0 with MindWorkstation? I have done all that I am supposed to (run emWave software first until calibration is complete and I see a pulse wave on my screen from Freeze-framer 2.0, then start the MindWorkstation session that has the emWave engine in it) but I keep getting the error that MSW can't communicate with emWave.
