one of my buddies is taking his medical admission test and has developed a facial twitch. His twitch is pretty noticable especially when im around him. I told him to goto the doctor but doc just puts him on meds and he said meds dont help him. Is there anyway brainwave entrainment can help him? If so , ill burn him a copy of some wave or sounds to get him through this. All i know is that usually stuff like this is causes of stress. My first thought was to make him an alpha disc. Anyone got any suggestions?

Try a sub-delta session for him. The hypertension one is great for relaxing. His twitch is being caused by stress, most likely. You do want to be very carefull with any entrainment or meditation he practices as it could make his twitches and stress issues worse. Muscle twitches are a negative sympton that can develop from meditation. So if he starts getting worse you want to stop the entrainment fully. Any meditation or entrainment session also ought to be short around 30 minutes or less as you may run a higher chance of problems with long ones in this case.

So should i give it to him or not? since you say it can make it worse. He doesnt meditate so i doubt its from meditation. And what if the sub-delta session does not work on him , then what should i do? .. Im gonna also have to make him use this because he doesnt believe in this brain music stuff as he calls it

Give it to him, but just keep an eye on him and see how he responds. I'd also change the background track for the sub-delta session to something else. If the sub-delta doesn't work you could try an alpha session. If he has an sort of ADD/ADHD a low beta or SMR session will relax him. As to his not thinking brainwave music isn't effective that is something I've had to deal with when talking to people about it. Good research does exist that does show it works in most cases.
