Depression Reduction Session + Anxiety

I've been using the Depression Reduction Session, but more recently i've been developing Anxiety. The DepRedSes works great, but any ideas of another session to use alongside to get rid of my Anxiety. I can't use the Anxiety Reduction session... this seems to undo the good stuff the DepRedSes has done, making me feel depressed again.

I've tryed the ADHD sessions after searching the forum, but i'm unsure how effective this would be, i don't want to make the matter worse to go back into depression.

I'm actually finding that doing relaxation sessions are very helpful. A lot of my anxiety is directly related to being just not very calm (well, either that or I'm not calm because I'm anxious; hard to tell, really ;)). I do a short relaxation session pretty much every day and I'm feeling WAY more calm, centred and relaxed, with no signs of anxiety.

I feel like I'm taking valium or something, but I'm not (not that I take it often, but I used to have to before going to the dentist because the anxiety was so severe). It's pretty good, really. :)

I haven't done the anti-depression routines yet, because I generally only suffer from S.A.D. and it hasn't really kicked in yet (we're only just going into autumn in the Southern Hemisphere). Having read your post, I'll be on the lookout for the anxiety issue, though.

The ADD sessions use SMR in the left ear, vs alpha for the DRS, that's the only diff, so I think you can safely use the ADD sessions. Some people who lack beta apparently calm down when entraining to it, so you could try other beta sessions as well. If none of that works, maybe just cut back on the DRS to the point where the anxiety is tolerable but you still get some relief from depression. For being able to tolerate anxiety, traditional meditation practices are very helpful - they teach you how to just sit with the experience and not get all anxious about feeling anxious.
